Guthrie offers clinical rotations to nurse practitioner students who are matriculated in a CCNE accredited institution. Rotating students at Guthrie have the opportunity to become an active member of our medical team, attending teaching rounds and conferences, taking patient histories, performing physical examinations, and assisting in the operating room or with other procedures.

Guthrie’s year-long Nurse Residency Program educates and supports newly licensed registered nurses through the transition from student to professional RN.

Our OR Nurse Fellowship program is designed to assist nurses as they transition into a perioperative role.

The Mansfield University Nursing Program offers a baccalaureate degree in nursing science (BSN) and is affiliated with the Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre, Pennsylvania.  The Nursing Program is approved by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing, and is accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN).  A BSN degree prepares students to work in a variety of professional settings.
